(ITES-4H) Overview

The Army Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS)/Digital Market (DM), in coordination with the Army Contracting Command Rock Island (ACC-RI), awarded contracts under the Information Technology Enterprise Solutions–4 Hardware (ITES-4H) program to support Army requirements both within the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS), including remote locations. The ITES-4H solution provides a full range of commercial information technology (IT) equipment—covering client, server, storage, and network environments along with related incidental services and software, maintenance and warranty for legacy IT equipment, and warranty variations. The acquisition is designed to advance Army enterprise infrastructure and infostructure objectives by delivering innovative, world-class IT equipment and solutions at a reasonable cost.
